Chicken boiled and grinded 2 cups
Potato 1 big boiled and grinded.
Onion 2 big – cut into small pieces.
Green chilly – cut into fine pieces.
Ginger a small piece grinded.
Curry leaves a pinch
Coriander leaves a pinch
Fennel seeds powdered tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Black pepper powder tsp
Garam masala tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Salt to taste
Egg white 2
Bread crumbs 1 cup

METHOD/Recipe of Cutlet

Heat the pan, pour oil and put the onions to it. When it turns golden brown add chilly and ginger. Add the rest of the masalas one by one stirring continuously. Add the leaves and then add the grinded chicken to the masala.

Cook on small fire for 2mins. Add salt to taste. Remove it from fire and add the potatoes to it. Mix well with the hand. Make round balls and roll each ball into the shape of cutlet with the hand.

Dip the cutlet into the egg and then to the bread crumbs. After all these has been done fry in oil till both the sides turn golden brown. Serve it hot with ketchup.
